The Chinese Chronicle
The first entry in the Assassin’s Creed Chronicles saga takes place in China, 1526, as the Ming dynasty starts to crumble. You embody Shao Jun, the last remaining Assassin of the Chinese Brotherhood, returning to her homeland with a vendetta. Newly trained by the legendary Ezio Auditore, she is hell-bent to exact vengeance and restore her fallen brotherhood.

Definitely feels like a mobile port so worked well with a rog x. Not bad, not great. Worth the $2/3 sale though. BTW, about 3-5 hours long at best.2 found this helpful
this game is short but fun to play
😤 Not that great, not that bad. It’s definitely much better than Assassin’s Creed on the NDS, but the clunky controls still get me. Shao Jun was already on the right side, but then, by some unnecessary miracle, she decided to jump back to the left... and fell because the ledge was already burning. Had to restart the checkpoint🤯 I honestly don’t know if I should recommend this or not. Don’t get your hopes up. Keep them minimal. Later, when you have all the weapons and skills, it gets a bit better. A tiny bit better. I’m quite frustrated with the controls. A lot of the time, it feels like I’m fighting the controls more than the actual game. And there are still two more Chronicles games for me to beat. But! I’ve read some reviews saying China is still easier than India and Russia ... 🤐 I’ll finish those later... when my frustration has gone away
Well officially completeting this game a couple times and getting a completionist trophy for god knows what reason I can say I do recommend but only if aiming to complete the entire series or trophy hunting...otherwise this game even all these years later is still the same junk it was back in 2015 as unfortunate as that is.
Worth it for the story and the gamelpay is pretty smooth also.
Imagine the Disappointment i was left with at the end of this game when I could only think of the 3 Euro wasted on it. Biggest complains: ·No cinematics or cutscenes, just plain images rolling through and a bland music throut the game. ·Nonsense story (Ezio's part was never shown in game or used for gameplay). ·Super Dated mechanics, even for a 2D game from 2015 same year as Assasins Creed Syndicate, feels like a PS2 game. ·The game runs at a ashtonishing 720p due to a bug (go windowed to resolve). ·Only Challenging(somewhat frustrating) if you play as unseen(no kills) otherwise too easy even if combat is ridiculously bad. Just Buy anything Else or if you want a stealth game look Styx, Aragami or Mark of the Ninja up.
