No King No Kingdom VR

Absolutely great game. It was about 10 hours to finish the campain and easily worth it. i really dont understand the bad rewiews i do think that the controlls werent the greatest but still one of the best games i have ever played

First, the good: Game works for Quest 2, just link in. Game plays well, I generally enjoyed it. So why a negative review? It hurts my eyes to play this game longer than about 30 minutes. I can play other quest 2 games until my battery dies with no fatigue, but this game just destroys my eyes! I re-purchased the game for desktop, if you don't want your eyes to hurt don't buy this in VR. If you like pain and destroying your eyes, get the game for VR.

Pretty much unplayable, I gave it a few try, the control are terrible, there is no option, developper stopped pushing update a long time ago No choice but to refund

Clunky controls make No King No Kingdom VR frustrating to play and remove any possible tactical depth from battles. It's impossible to reliably select the right minions in the group using motion controller and first person view, so the only viable strategy is to use Select all warriors button and send them all into the fray. And even then, there will still be the same problem with pointing the target for an attack. Base building is slow and tedious: once your King leaves the settlement, controlling the production and gathering resources becomes very annoying since you can't do it without going back to base. Or maybe I just didn't understand how to do it, since the tutorial was very shallow and explained almost nothing about the global map and managing more than 1 settlement. Also some of the buttons are not mapped for Reverb G2, but this is fair since WMR is not listed in the supported hardware section of the Steam page.
