About Grid Grind

Grid Grind is a retro-futuristic cyberpunk aesthetic themed arcade extraction game. Acquire data fragments by grazing past hazards and circling them to clear them out, or extract them by collecting gold cubes and bringing them to the extraction point. Either way you only have 45 sec between rounds before the system locks down and confronted by a challenge mode.

Retro aesthetic: A low-fi, retro-digital look
Proximity scoring: Earn fragments by grazing past hazards and circling them
Risk reward gameplay: Earn even more fragments by extracting gold cubes; more gold cubes == more speed!
Challenge modes: Rush mode, Containment mode, and Boss mode keeps the challenge elevated at all times
Upgrade system: Unlocks permanent upgrades to push scoring, and stack program hacks during gameplay for extra boosts!

After figuring out how the game works and figuring out how to not crash into the cubes so much I'm having fun with it. The rush mode is a nice change of pace.

A pretty unique game for me. The tutorial,gameplay settings and gameplay concept are awesome. It takes a little bit to get comfortable with its controls and mechanics but once it clicks , it starts to feel so much satisfying. It also runs pretty well on my potato pc ;which i am not expecting Considering the price ,it's definately worth giving it a shot

I played Grid Grind today for the first time and I had a blast. It is in my opinion an ideal game for hardcore gamers to keep reaching for your highest score or for more casual gamers like me to play in short bursts. It lives up to it's arcadey nature in style and gameplay!

its a really nice game with impressive graphics, the only bad thing i see is that it gets repetitive but i believe that will surely change by the time the full game is out
