This game is wild in VR using UEVR! Wild game period. Good story so far. Graphics are a bit older but look great. The effects and sound are top notch. Playing in VR is trippy. Desktop is good but VR is where it's at. The fighting is fun! The voices oh man the voices! Makes me feel like I'm losing it. I do recommend this game but only if you have some patience. Don't need a lot... but some. The game is buggy. I've had to restart a few times and it crashed twice. The crashes could be from where I'm using UEVR but some of the bugs are definitely the game. Nothing all that bad. The game is worth it! I doubt the dev is gonna fix it after all this time. Be nice if a modder could do something with it.4 found this helpful
Paranoid is a pretty interesting game with a cool concept and creepy atmosphere, but it's way too buggy. Sometimes, objectives don't progress, leaving you lost and wondering what to do next. When restarting, checkpoints can be too far back, forcing you to replay certain scenes without the option to skip them. The constant stuttering also ruins the experience and makes it hard to enjoy the game properly. It has potential, but the technical issues hold it back a lot.3 found this helpful

Game have a potantial but overboring. Useless, long, unskipable cutscenes. Everyshit is cutscene. I am playing because of I'm curious about the story.
I think this is one of their stronger games. You can stay inside. You can go outside. Wherever you are, there you are and for Patrick that's literal and very frightening as his illness takes a more more pronounced presence the longer you go without the pills. You are not a hero. You are a poorly man. You have the option to stay inside and witness the illness manifest in there or you can go outside. Whatever you choose, be kind; he is paranoid.
