✦ AI summary

PARANOID is a solo-developed psychological horror game where you play as Michael, trapped in a nightmarish black-and-white world called "Le Plafond," hunted by mysterious creatures while piecing together cryptic clues about your dark past. Blending realistic graphics with experimental art direction and pacing between intense action and deliberate slow burns, it forces you to uncover the truth yourself through environmental storytelling and hidden narrative elements.

However, don't think of being successful so easily, because little reminder ... you are not alone.

You are Michael, you confront a nightmare come from the past.
A night, you are send in a weird black and white world, where monsters roam. They looking for you, they try to make you talk.

You have to escape from this hell. To go out you will be force to be back in your own past and look for the truth. And than you will understand the reason why you've been send in this world named "LE PLAFOND".

The game has been planned, written and designed to alternate between moments of action and slow phases, in order to create an atmosphere that corresponds to the "atypical" and "experimental" side of certain elements.

You dive into this gloomy atmosphere, a mixture of emptiness and danger. Things are walking around in this strange world, they are looking for you. You will have to escape, sometimes with help.

But you remain alone, left to your own devices.
