Ultimate Sheep Raccoon

It's, sadly, incomplete and boring. I REALLY wanted to like it and support it, after Ultimate Chicken Horse, you wouldn't expect the same team to miss the mark of their own previous game so hard. While comparison is the thief of joy, you need no comparisons to understand how this game should be in the design phase for at least an extra year. It has cool mechanics and good gameplay, but there is no focus on what the game wants it to be. As a sequel, you expect it to have the same level of chaos and stupid fun, but this one has a laid-back gameplay, it only focuses on who reaches the line first. At the same time, if you build a complex track, the timer leaves you no time for completing it. The perk system felt just like borrowing a mechanic from the current popular genre (roguelites / pick 1 of 3 deckbuilders), but it's very unbalanced, and you feel like upgrading in the same way every time. There are very few levels, and those feel even less unique. The level building is the biggest letdown, it seems like 9/10 items are made to make the track easier, never to make it harder. The controls and the overall mechanics is quite frustrating and don't feel right. It's quite boring after a few games and because of the frustrating controls and always moving mechanic, it's just like the first game but with sliding/ice on the floor all the time, it takes the fun out of it and we ended up not playing it again.

The devs vision in this game isn't clear like it was for ultimate chicken horse. In other words, I think they were just trying to replicate the same strategy into a different game and it didnt translate all that well.

Unlock all the maps, I don't wanna play 15+ games to unlock 1 new map. Wouldn't recommend until they fix.

It is one of those games which has lots of potential if its fixed. The games problems are easily detectable and easily fixable. God bless all the developers. Im a huge fan of the first game. Me and my couisins main tradition is the play the first game locally. :D Here are some of my opinions: Focus should be on presision and flow -Using L stick or D pad to move the bike in this type of precise trap avoiding game feels really, really off. Presision Examples(Xbox): -RT Button with different speed levels -RB to grind or swing than using A Button to Jump. -A Button Charge Jump with different charge levels, -LT Button to quickly or gradually stop the bike… Jumping from spot to spot with immidiate bike stops -L stick to ""immidietly"" change the bikes face direction. -L stick to move the bike on Z axis(down) while on air (L stick down the character puts its weight on the bike so bike falls faster etc...) -L stick to do rotating tricks. -Mario Kart World Tour like jump as rewards. While on air if you hit the jump button on a weird corner the game rewards you with an extra jump. A rotating jump corner piece as one of traps etc would be awesome. God bless all you developers.

Very fun coop game to play with friends in local mode! It gets a lot of hate but its genuinely fun, so give it a try, its cheap too.
