The fun of dying
Welcome to Anglerfish. Your secluded bar in Mols mountains. Here you will experience the true survival horror of dating, which means you will die multiple times. Every time you die, you must start the game over, but something always changes when you try again to survive your night out. Every change in your new run is handcrafted based on where and how you died. This means dying is a stimulating thing.
What will you do on your adventure?
You will try to survive your wildest night ever. To do this you must undercover the secrets hidden deep down in Anglerfish’s core by exploring every nook and cranny and solve the buried mysteries. But disturbing forcers will try to keep you from the truth, so you must be ready to fight back by blasting their heads off.
Based on a true psychological horror story
One of your friends from work is getting married. You're at his bachelor party with all of your colleagues at the bar, Anglerfish. It’s Look-a-like Thursday, so you fit in naturally with your schoolgirl uniform. You all have a friendly competition to see who will be the best man at the wedding. But your good time comes to an abrupt end, when the secrets of Anglerfish call for the last drink of the night.

By the end, this game basically felt like a relationship and good love is about creating small surprises in the ordinary, day after day（i sound like a 80 yearold On the third run, it set up this fake competition, as if the player stayed because they wanted to beat them. But I only kept coming back to this endless loop cuz it was just so cute and fun to be around the early part of my first run was really frustrating. At that time I only saw this as a game, but the more I playe the more I could see the two developers hiding behind and messing around also this game is such a tsundere It keeps giving you a hard time while quietly trying to take care of you, making sure you still love them and don't actually leave Judging by the reviews, this strategy didn't work on a lot of people... but I’m exactly the target audience lol I love you, Anglerfish. Fun and interesting game in which you are supposed to die (and you will... many times!) to be able to go through with the story. I like the way it is made that after you die there are some differences on the playthrough, and that at least it saves in some parts . Also there are different endings to the game. Overall it was a fun enraging experience, but I just think that after finishing the game once I have no interest in playing it all over again to check the other endings.
Been meaning to review this game for a long while now. I do enjoy it. It's got a unique play style, multiple endings, different media and celebrity refs, and more. I haven't been able to finish this game though due to being stuck on one of the loops, then got extremely busy and sidetracked. One of these days I'll have to go back and attempt to finish it since I've had a playthrough of this going on my Youtube channel a few years ago.
Bizarre and wonderful
I would recommend this game.
