The gameplay is neither exceptional nor terrible, but the price is simply too high for the content it offers. 日本の寿司をテーマにした、よくあるタスク管理アクションゲーム。内容としては可もなく不可もないが、いかんせん内容に対する価格が高すぎる。

A fun little casual time management game. You are a young chef who needs to make various Japanese dishes and serve customers quickly. Gameplay: https://youtu.be/ZMRVqy3uDcE If you make a mistake (put in the wrong ingredient or use the wrong tool), you get a slap on the head from your teachers. This is very funny. You can switch from a window mode to a full-screen mode: press LEFT ALT and ENTER at the same time. + The game is suitable for all ages. + Convenient mouse control. + Simple, relaxing gameplay. + 40 levels.
Ellietendo's Review Of Sushi Bar Express
I received a free copy of this game for review purposes. I used a mouse & keyboard combo for gameplay.
Pros:

Sushi Themed - Any game involving sushi is a winner in my book. I love the thought of running my own restaurant and preparing different types of sushi too different people.
Nice Upgrades - The upgrades are steadily paced, and I don't feel like you're being bombarded all at once. It helps alongside with the skills needed as you progress through the game. The increasing demands match the difficulty level well.
Good Game Pace - The pace of the game feels just the perfect level of challenging. I was concerned that it could potentially be one of two extremes, either super easy and I flew through the levels, or so challenging that I would quit from frustration. Luckily for me, it was neither.

Cons:

Not Always Responsive - I found on several occasions that my clicking inputs were either very delayed or not responding at all. For a game with a very fast pace, this is not ideal at all. Precise mouse inputs are essential for this game to function …

💥 Welcome to Sushi Bar Express! You’re the apprentice in a sushi kitchen where precision is everything. Sashimi? Cut it right. Sushi? Build it fast. Maki? Roll it tight. Serve it up, but don’t mess it up — or your angry sushi master will slap you. 🧠 Memory + speed = success. It starts easy with just sashimi, but before you know it you’re prepping maki rolls, pouring soju, and frantically clicking the wrong knife while getting yelled at. 🍙 Surprisingly addictive, super visual, and ideal for quick sessions. Feels like a polished mobile port but works well on PC — and yeah, I totally get why it’s on Switch too. ✨ A nice casual break between heavy games. If you like Overcooked, Cooking Mama, or anything chaotic & food-themed, give this a go! 🎮 Pros: Addictive loop with increasing challenge Unique combination of speed/memory mechanics Charming art style and light humour Easy to pick up, perfect for short sessions ⚠️ Cons: Feels like a mobile game in UI and scope Limited long-term progression; buying more recipes increases difficulty, which may not feel rewarding for all players

I grabbed this game for the soul purpose of sushi. Sushi is life. This game was like any other mobile "restaurant/food" game where you had to do things in time and hit a quota in order to get to the next level. It's a great time consumer if you're looking for a cute little game to kill time. I'm not sure if I'd play this game on PC as much as I would play it if I were out and about playing it on my phone. Thank you for allowing me to play your game! It was fun!

Sushi Bar Express is a casual game, akin to Candy Crush, FarmVille and so on. It's a rather addictive game, that is easy on the eyes and a good pass time. Although, both versions need to be patched, as the controllers and clicks can be rather unresponsive, which is a big no-no for a game like this. I can't recommend it, only due to the hight price tag I comes attached to, which will be around 19.99£ in either version. Both versions of the game are included in the video you can see, by pressing the link below: https://youtu.be/pYOp6vD3_4Q
