what a nice touhou game, such a hidden gem.

Projectile-heavy aerial combat, three spell slots for customization options, and even a "Super Saiyan" mode, this is basically just a DBZ fighting game with Touhou girls. As fun as the combat is, this is the smallest roster I've ever seen in a fighting game at only eight characters (plus an unlockable boss) which makes everything very repetitive. Reimu is the only character with a complete story mode, and with no characters on the production roadmap, this is yet another Early Access game that was released in a "good enough" state to push it into the New Releases category on Steam. After finishing the limited Story mode, there's only (dead) online PvP and a Survival mode to play, and the AI isn't much better than beginner difficulties in other fighting games. You might enjoy this if you're a huge Touhou fan but there's several other Touhou fighting games out there with deeper combat, better AI, and bigger rosters. The only things really going for this are the graphical fidelity and the fact that all the characters and cutscenes are fully voiced. Very fun shooter fighter game, my bro breathes Touhou and it rubbed off on me, this game deserves all the praise despite my PC only running one map nevertheless bought as support, may the whole cast be here one day =]

By the same dev team as Sky Arena, this game plays vastly different than it's prequel noticeably less than half the amount of characters and no arcade mode to be seen, but it greatly makes itself up with a story mode similar to Sonic adventure, customizable spells that alter stats, and amazing JP voice acting that fits the characters in this game very well! I heard that development of DLC in which adds Nitori, Aya, and Byakuren to the game.... I hope that comes true in the next year or 2.... cause it desperately needs it if the game's focus is on the multiplayer aspect.

pretty good but not for me. I bought this game thinking it was gonna be my jam, it wasn't but I understand that others may like it and I know that it's definitely well made.

Another great game from Arena Zero after Magical Battle Arena. Also great to play on the go. Short game but worth it. Already purchased since pre release. Play on my XBOX ALLY X 720p 13w mode hit 60fps but drop 20fps sometimes. Turbo 25W mode fix it but still drop 40fps. Best solution using framegen adaptive 75fps great even in 13w mode
