Cheap, ugly, controls are awful, and hideous Pixar looking AI art throughout. Also, a terrible, emotionless AI that interacts with the player. Don't even buy on sale.

The biggest one is that this type of racer really isn't my thing. It's a casual arcade racing game with online multiplayer. However, where it's really unique is that it is focused on bringing a motion-sickness free experience by not having any camera rotation. Obviously, this focus is meant for those who are either new to VR or experience nausea in VR, I've never experienced any nausea in VR so this game is obviously not for me. I still bought it. I think it was on a big sale when I bought it. I like to support VR devs. I have many VR games that I've never played. Anyways, like I said, this game isn't really my jam. However, when I did try to play it, the game would crash after the splash screen, along with hearing this awful sound. I like this game since it is mainly for VR but I have played in both Flatscreen and VR. This is a SIMPLE game similar to Outrun and Horizon Chase games. I can attest that I didn't feel any motion sickness at all while playing in VR though I am quite sensitive to it. Graphics are "cute" and are good enough, cars are well modelled, music is nice. Now the bad... Controlling the cars are... **sigh** You press right, the animation of the car going right is played but the car is still in same place for a second and then starts to move slowly. Countering steering, specially when a curve is coming up, sometimes impossible. It's like driving a car with summer tires on winter ice. Collision detection is sometimes really weird. I was driving straight, no cars or jumps and it crashed the car. THE ROAD WAS EMPTY at the time. **sigh** Other times it works quite smooth. All in all, I like it since it is a quick game, you can pick it up, play it for couple of minutes and come back to it at later time.

PREFACE: I'm glad a dedicated swim/no-hesi/outrun style game exists for VR that isn't modded asetto corsa & it's still new to early access (at time of writing) so my criticisms should be taken with a grain of salt. If you're looking for the esoteric vibe this game is putting off I'd go for it. It's fun & honestly before this game was out I was playing Midnight Club: LA in Bigscreen VR with the wraparound monitor option lmao (not to actually play the classic game but to no hesi on the highway), and this definitely beats that. HOUR IN IMPRESSIONS (SPOILER: it's good with room for improvement): This game is quite brutal, lanes are quite shallow & collision detection is a bit high (trading slight paint with someone sends your car to a screeching hault) which is something that I don't entirely love due to it causing your flow to mess up if you clip (not fully smack), but there seems to be a decent amount of tuning for an arcade game (beyond engine, handling etc. upgrades) there's things like camber, weight dist. etc. that I haven't fully tested, but is impressive none-the-less.
