WANDERER: Broken Bed

Wonder Broken Bed looks fantastic right out of the gate, and the underlying plot is genuinely interesting. However, it is in desperate need of a localization specialist. The current English translation is filled with errors that constantly break the flow of the story and ruin the immersion. While these issues aren't game-breaking, they definitely harm the overall gameplay experience. Hopefully, the developers will fix the translation in upcoming updates, because there is a great game hiding just under the surface!

TLDR: I bought this game for $7.50 and asked for a refund after playing for about an hour. The writing is beyond terrible. Stop using AI or non-native English speakers to translate your game. This is a visual novel so the writing matters. It's the bulk of the game. This made reading through the story a boring chore. What little of the game I experienced was poorly written dialogue loops that had no bearing on my actions. It just seemed like there were an excessive amount of dialogue options to give superfluous information so that the player would get past the two hour mark of play time before they could experience very much of the game. Steam says this game hasn't been updated in 14 months and it already has mixed reviews so I didn't want to play this game for more than two hours.

this game is straight ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with the amount of bugs and vram this low quality porn game uses like wtf did they use to make this pile of garbage? AI or bunch of talentless idiots probably as within a couple hrs of playing i already found soft/hard locks built into the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game with how they implemented basic functions like the "wait mechanic" and whatever sorry excuse of a day/night cycle they have which breaks so much ♥♥♥♥ in game its ridiculous they clearly didnt play test a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing before releasing.

This game is a pretty generic card game/VN mix. The problem is that it's ridiculously buggy. I had 3 side quests that bugged out for no reason, and those blocked access to further side quests, so I could only complete 1 of the girls (out of 5). The devs should be ashamed of themselves, really.

It's ridiculous to release a game out of early access with MORE bugs than before, including game breaking ones!

When I played the early access, there were some issues that took a while to figure out but eventually I made it through. Now that it is out of early access, a lot of issues have popped up and I am currently stuck on the "not so reluctant hero" where after killing the spider you are supposed to decide what to do with it but, I am not able to do anything. You are suppose to be able to improve your room but cannot do that and still can't get to town because the above quest is not complete. Similar issues have been notated but as of yet, nothing has been said (that I have seen) from the devs addressing the issues. The early access I would have given a thumbs up but the full release version I cannot endorse.
