Dragon Chronicles: Black Tears

It feels very mobile-y. Just could not look past it. Also, it does not feel like a card game.

Its darkest dungeon. At a fair price. Downside : asian mobile game artwork and estetics. Its not as bad as it sounds. darkest dunegon is still a good format for a game, and this one is competant on a budget. I recommend it.

Well, this game.  So, it brings you in as a single player card combat game at a fairly good price. You start to play and its fun. Cracking some skulls and feeling the vibe.  You get into it. Yay, unlock new characters with different abilities... oh look, they seem to work better with other characters.. neat! Carry on playing and oh cute, a little town that needs levelling up and expanding, ok cool.....  You grow to love it and then... BOOM!  S**t gets real.  it becomes a game of planning and a bit of strategy. Those characters you noticed that work with others seem more important and since you have grown to love this game you are committed... You shall not beat me... At least that's how I felt when I just bought it and thought it would be a bit of fun.  I was right, it really is fun and not too easy.. Its hard enough to keep you thinking and to make things work.... Until............................................................................. After completing the normal mode, it doesn't go to hard mode.. it goes to apocalyptic.... literally that's what it's called, and for good reason. It's flippin' hard!! All in all, its a really fun game and worth a look if youre in to card…

not a deck building game but a card battle one that is polished and fun.

This is not a deckbuilder. This is basically a mobile game that plays a lot like raid shadow legends. 4 heroes with ~2 abilities each. Very little variety. Every fight is the same, you are constantly fed with new rewards and tutorials that force you to do specific actions, everything is 100% scripted to make you last over 2 hours. Strongly not recommend!

This is just a bad game. Every consequential encounter is a puzzle you have to figure out -the solution to which is entirely contingent upon what you bring. . .Meaning sometimes you will fail and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.. The game doesn't provide nearly enough information about the encounter you are about to go into in order to make good evaluations of what you need in many cases. If you enjoy blind failure and frustration give it a go, otherwise hard pass
