Slayin 2

Loved the mobile game 10 years ago Adoring the sequel PC game now With the added lane and the extra action button it adds a layer of depth that the original didn't have. While some aspects still need some refining, it never felt better to run through hordes of enemies while racking up a giant combo! Truly a hidden gem that deserves more recognition.

I was replaying the original Slayin when I learned that this game just came out, and there are very few times that I've felt that excited. It's so good... It's quickly becoming something special to me. It does more than just build off of the foundations of the original - Slayin 2 reimagined the systems and mechanics in a way that fixes some critical flaws and makes for a truly sequel-worthy experience. While the arcade mode of the original Slayin is back and better than ever, the focus this time around is on a story mode with a level select and side quests. I think this is smart because not everyone will want to go through the whole game in one sitting in order to see the later levels, especially with how many more levels Slayin 2 has over the original. Weapons feel more balanced this time around, too - there are still a few stinkers that I have a hard time justifying using like the Lightfoot's Dagger, but it's a far cry from situations like Slayin 1's Ninja where only two or three of their weapons were really viable.

I have been looking for this game for the better half of 6yrs now. Random reddit thread led me to the game and here I am. I love this version.

Slayin 1 was awesome on mobile, and this feels exactly like what a more complex PC version would be. Good game and criminally underrated.

As a fan of the original Slayin' game I'm totally in love with the sequel! Everything was a step up from the original and the game is super polished! Just awesome!!

Terrbly addictive gameplay and beautifully drawn too. The dev has also updated the graphics for the original Slayin , also on Steam. This is my favourite of the two but they are both awesome games.
