This game is a great entry point for anyone who wants to try out Combat Mission. It is one of the better settings for a Combat Mission title, the Hedgerows and battles through France work very well with the engine. There is an extremely healthy amount of mods and user created campaigns and battles that help this ones longevity. Overall if you are wanting to try a Combat Mission game, this one is a great choice. 9/10.1 found this helpful
This game is completely unplayable. The optimization is so terrible that it drops to 1 or 2 fps randomly for long periods of time. It also is riddled with game breaking bugs and other issues that I can't seem to fix.1 found this helpful
Yes with en major but: Playing the game throuhg PBEM is awesome for people who have limited online time. However: - The graphics are heavily dated. - The controls are ♥♥♥♥. - It's clunky as ♥♥♥♥. - The price is more than rediculous. It should be 10 euro max. - The DLC's are rediculous. - The amount of maps that come with the base game are quite limited. But since this is the only proper RTS with an automated PBEM system I really love it. If you dont want to play through PBEM, steer clear of this title. It's an idiotic money grab.
