Because even though the protagonist is strong, we need friends ok and it affects our mental health. Following the strange abduction of her cousin sister, Akira and his friends embark a perilious adventure to save her and fighting various supernatural entities driven by another doll. I thought the same concept being revisited would be boring, but no it has twists and turns and at the very last fight, you get the most utmost plot twist in your life. favorite out of the death mark series tbh

Slow, boring, uninteresting, repetitive, trial and error shovelware.

I genuinely enjoyed this game from start to finish. It has a sort of unique gothic horror novel vibe going on about it that I don't feel like I get to experience often - AND don't even get me STARTED on how absolutely GORGEOUS the art in this game is (in a gore-y manner). I wish there was more information on the artist because some of the imagery that shows up (side characters being killed etc) was VERY disturbing to me (in a good way). This game was truly a thrill and im glad it was my first of the Spirit Hunter series - though, I know that the first game is apparently as good, if not better, so I will just HAVE to check it out! I do have to admit that I had to look up a few things in order to figure them out, however, some riddles are genuinely so plainly written - it became an odd contrast in difficulty for me personally. Also, 'scary mode' didn't really get me at all, though sometimes when I was just chilling looking around in a few areas, the sudden jump of images did catch me a little off guard, but not too bad at all!
