can't create account to play, can't reset password for my old account (they send you a new password but it doesn't work) funcom customer support doesn't exist. The client crashed a few times while installing. Game is abandoned, absolutely no resources are spent to maintain it. They are selling this? It should be criminal. note: despite it all, this is a very fun game regardless of how severely mismanaged.4 found this helpful

Huge fan of the IP, so naturally I'm going to be into it. As an mmo it's dated, and it has not aged well compared to say Runescape. Funcom fumbled with this. I hope they revisit and polish this up.1 found this helpful
