"Animal Striker 2" is a garbage Unity asset flip, the developer ripped off a bunch of low poly asset packs and dumped them on a basic Unity FPS game template. Then gave up after it turns out people weren't interested in an unfinished low poly Unity asset flip. Discovering he wasn't going to get rich and go viral, he's just left this here to pollute the place. What do you do in the game? Nothing, there's no players, and it's an asset flip anyway. The developers abandoned this 4 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. There's no English translation for the game, but that's okay. The language of bad games is universal. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. Animal Striker 2 is a very silly multiplayer shooter, and I think that is exactly what makes it fun. The idea of throwing different animals into colorful arenas and giving them magical weapons is ridiculous in the best possible way. I liked how quickly the game gets me into combat without asking me to learn a giant collection of complicated systems first. The shooting is fast and chaotic, with weapons scattered around the arenas rather than everything coming from a fixed loadout. I enjoyed picking up different weapons and seeing how their projectiles changed the way I approached a fight. Some weapons encourage me to keep my distance while others make me much more aggressive, so there is a nice amount of variety even within a fairly simple match structure. The different game modes also help the experience feel more complete. Free for all gives me a more chaotic fight, while team based modes give me reasons to think about positioning and working with other players. I particularly like the idea of objective modes because they stop every match from becoming nothing more than running around looking for targets. Customization gives the game some extra progression.
