Anomaly Defenders is a fast-paced Tower Defense game where attacking human troops can damage and destroy your defenses. You have to react and counterattack enemies on the battlefield at all times. Each time you start a campaign, the unique tech-tree technologies can be tailored to your needs. Killing humans is easier due to 8 upgradable towers and special functions: repair your towers, make them go berserk, sacrifice them in explosions that are harmful to nasty humans, and use other tricks. This is the final battle against the humans. For the Hive, Commander!

Good TD game for casual playing here and there, took 25 hours to beat on all difficulty and to get all tech points. A good game to pickup on sale and play when the internets out or no ones online to play with in other games.1 found this helpful
As a tower defense fan, I found Anomaly enjoyable at first, but it simply can't compete with the many better options available today. The content doesn't justify the price, and it lacks the depth and polish of modern tower defense games. Not recommended.
This is a good "active" tower defence. you cannot just put your tower and sit there. There is some micromanagement happening to heal your tower, put some skills on them etc. Good selection of tower, map are well thought. Good game. I had a good time.
