I really like the game although I also have concerns regarding quality of life. First off all, for guns, it should tell me what kind of gun it is and what element damage it does rather than just the logo alone which is also hard to memorize, and again why is it encouraged to memorize the logos? Another concern is personally, I just want for the interact to be a tap instead of hold, it takes too much time especially if you are swarmed. I also have few minor concerns like clarity for abilities and aoes, lootsharing, the screen where you skip stats but still have a chance to see it after you skip (I skipped and personally it should still show my ranking and tickets earned AFTER the skip), and quest log. Overall, I like the game very much, it is so much fun.

Game looks fun at first but dies quick. Queues are dead, you barely find anyone. Everything repeats hard after a few runs, shallow progression, and still full of bugs. Not worth it.

It feels like Risk of Rain with fun movement and gunplay, fun with friends. Hope they're still gonna update this game to add more bosses and areas. Like they have boss rush mode which is great, like more games should have this, but there are only 4 bosses which makes it funny imo. Besides that, this game also needs QoL update, particularly this game is like allergic to giving you information. For example, the guns are the core of this game, yet, when you play they don't tell you what the gun does, they only tell you very minimal information, so unless you already know the weapon it's pretty much "try it and find out". it's the same thing when you're in the hub, they do tell you what the gun does, but they don't tell the other information like the damage, fire rate, etc. I just wish the game is more open about this, like tell me in detail, at least add a firing range so we can test all the weapons. Overall, this is a great co-op game to kill some time, and it's free to play. there's just not that many f2p friendly co-op pve game with this type of quality, so I highly recommend this despite the flaw.

This game is a 10 out of 10 for Roguelikes. Fun combat, a great soundtrack. The only downside is theirs only 4 bosses. But even then the gameplay cycle is exciting and fun. This game definitely needs more players.

Arcadegeddon is a colourful third-person shooter that throws together roguelite progression, arcade-style chaos and cooperative multiplayer. I can play solo or team up with up to three other players, explore different biomes, open chests, fight enemies and bosses, and take on various mini-games along the way. The story about saving Gilly's local arcade from a corporate virus is silly, but it fits the game's exaggerated arcade aesthetic surprisingly well. The shooting is probably the strongest part for me. Weapons feel satisfying, movement is quick and the different abilities and upgrades give each run some variety. Finding a useful weapon or a combination of bonuses that makes my character noticeably stronger is especially enjoyable because the difficulty increases as the run continues. The bright neon presentation and energetic soundtrack also give the whole thing a lively arcade atmosphere rather than making it feel like another generic military shooter. I also like how much there is to do during a run. There are six biomes, hidden chests, bosses, mini-games and additional challenges connected to the gangs in Gilly's arcade.
