I never had a ZX SPECTRUM back in the day . I had an Atari, and a Selectavision. One of the games on the SelectaVision was very similar to Arcadia. But you shot these winged aliens. I cant remember the name. Anyway, This is a great game. If you used to play these kind of games as a kid back in the 80s this game will bring you back to a time when Video Games were just fun simple with no plots or puzzles, and I like SIMPLE this is simple old Skool Graphics. The game will frustrate you as it should if its a great arcade game. Hey Developer you did a great job on this. Its Appreciated. I hope others who love this older stuff will find this game. Its 80's man ... Yeyah .. 1982, 83 and 84 were "Rad" ..

A great fixed screen vertical shooter that I first played in 1984 on my Spectrum. I think it plays as well as the 'proper' arcade shooters of a similar type (eg Gorf, Galaga, etc). A bit flickery, but that's the Spectrum. 12 attack waves, survive until the timer gets to zero to get to the next wave, extra life every four waves. Not much else to say. It's just a game I know I'll keep coming back to, and it's nice to have it on Steam.

It really tickles me seeing this in my Steam library! It's zippy, it's zappy, it's a real challenge. Loved it for 40 years.
