About Arcano: The Trickery
A game of "arcane" strategies
"Arcano: The Trickery" is a trading card game that revolves around magic, nature, alchemy and fantasy themes. You can personalize your deck full of arcane treasures and spells, play against the computer to improve your skills or engage into online battles against other "alchemists" like you in order to receive prizes! Master the power of the elements and alchemy to defeat your opponents.
The game can be very tactic since most of your cards lay face-down on the table until you decide when it's time to use them. Most of the opponent's cards are face-down too, so you have to wisely choose your strategy since some of them may hide special effects that could potentially change the momentum of the game.
Simple rules
The rules are quite simple: the first player who accumulates 20 points wins. To achieve that you have to compare your own cards with the opponent ones. Every card has its own "value" which will grant you points, but of course they also have a "cost" in order to be played. Cards are also "linked" to 7 different elements: Earth, Water, Air and Fire (the 4 elements of nature) plus Sun, Moon and Occult.
Many cards, different effects
"Arcano" is a game in constant development since more cards can be added in future expansions. The starting pack will include a collection of about 80 cards with unique characteristics. Many more cards are going to be programmed to better enjoy the game.

I'm a fan of card games and i can say this one is promising. At the start I thought it had a boring fight system but then i changed my mind. Of course it has pro and cons but i can say i liked it eventually. Im gonna list the things i like and the ones i think they can me ugraded/fixed. I Liked: -Havent found any bugs yet in 3 hours -Freedom of making your own deck -Clean Interface while in a game -Playing Things I'd like to see in the future: -When you do something and then you go back, it always sends you back to the title screen instead of the Menu. I know it's a little detail but i found it annoying, -More players (but this is not the game's fault, i hope to see it populated soon) -More game modes (Since it's unlikely to play online, i played a lot aganist the AI. I had a lot of fun, especially when i found the perfect deck. In 2 hours of searching the right combination I made a deck i won every duel ever with. Advanced feels like easy baby preschool time to me now so i need more way to test my favourite unbeatable deck ahahahahaha) -Pack openings (I know winning the game vs AI is like opening a pack but its not the exact same feeling. I think it would be way cooler if winning…7 found this helpful
This card games battle system is a really fun resource management style. It becomes a perfect balance of greed and value every turn with all games being short easy to dive into matches. The reward system is a perfect growth system for expansion for a CCG, And the AI battler is a great way to showcase diffrent synergies to make you want more cards. That being said, the only flaws I find with it are a poorly optimized deck builder, low player count, and not fully finished English translation on it. All in all this is one of the better card battlers I have played in years and all its flaws im sure would be solved if its popularity rises. If your looking for a fun deck building game to refine your play sense, or just want a fun low stakes game to play with friends this is definitely worth its price!3 found this helpful
Great game! Only 3,99 and no game shop. After winning a game you get crystals and free cards. You can sell cards you don't need for crystals and buy new ones with the crystals you earned. I recommend this game and hope it will become more active in future.3 found this helpful
This is a labor of love: the art style is very distinctive, the music perfectly complements the enigmatic atmosphere, and the gameplay is simple yet not simplistic. A factor of luck does play a role, but it's balanced by the player's ability to use cards' special abilities that can turn the tide. For won games, you earn gems that can be spent to unlock new cards and customize your deck. This game deserves way more attention than it gets. It's a shame there are no people online, but solo play is fun too.2 found this helpful
Very fun, I love the art, the theme, and how straightforward the rules usually are (I don't get a couple things yet but that's probably me). Hadn't had any problems so far playing online matches with my friends.2 found this helpful
Promising but give it a few months Edit: Few months later, the luck factor is still high. I consistently win advanced games and there is never anyone online.1 found this helpful
