No, it's not overrated This is one of the best AC to ever exist, no wonder it got a remastered version years later

[h3] I love Black Flag. [/h3] Out of all the Assassin's Creed games I've played so far, this is easily one of my favorites. The opening was great. Edward getting thrown into this whole mess was immediately interesting, and I really liked him as a protagonist. Honestly, the entire Kenway family is PEAK. Edward, Connor, Haytham... I don't care what anyone says, the Kenways are some of the best characters in this series. And obviously, the pirate stuff is awesome. Sailing around the Caribbean, finding islands, upgrading the Jackdaw and just generally being a pirate was so much fun. The naval combat is a massive improvement over AC3 too. That said, I'm also terrible at it. Like, genuinely terrible. The naval combat is probably one of my least favorite parts of the game, but that's less of a Black Flag problem and more of a massive skill issue on my end. Exploring the world was great as well. Pretty much every location felt good to explore, and while I mostly stuck to the story, I still had a lot of fun wandering around when I did. I was also surprised by how much I liked the Assassin side of the game. I was worried that the pirate stuff would completely overshadow the…
