Only one save slot, no manual saving, no loading of previous saves, no revisiting previous areas. What year is this? My save got corrupted somehow so hey, guess what, start all over again. No backups, no cloud saves, nothing. I'm just going to uninstall it instead. This is not acceptable. FWIW it was okay when I was playing it, but it's over-scripted. You're not supposed to take control away from the player in a first person game -- the whole point of first person is to minimize the disconnect between the player and player character. They do it constantly. Very obnoxious and psychologically fatiguing.4 found this helpful
It's a good game. No more, no less
Don't expect to get mind blown, as there are several games that uses the same tropes and either did it first or simply better : funny narrator, meta humor, computer/tech theme and puns, real world media and so on. If you've played Stanley Parable and/or any indie game around the concept of smartphone/computers, it probably won't amaze you or feel fresh. But honestly, it works. So that's not much of a problem as long as you temper your expectations. I appreciated that it could be played in small bites : do a few puzzles, progress the story a bit, stop there, keep progressing the next day. It was the perfect break after lunch.
More narrative than puzzle
It's important to know that it leans heavily on the narrative side : the puzzles are very easy. It works very well with the flow, as you don't get stuck and progress quickly, but if that was the main appeal, you might reconsider. As for the writing, it's good, no joke made me cringe, the story was ok, there are a few twists, some twists tackles things at our real world. Nothing special, nothing particularly thought provoking, but it was pleasant.
A few techni…2 found this helpful

I have only an hour in but I can already see where this one is headed. The game is charming and takes the 'Osmosis Jones' approach to the inside of a computer or phone. The humor is fun, the puzzle solving is a good mixture of relaxing and challenging for what the game is. But, all in all you complete an area and travel to the next. Good for one playthrough and the staircase style gameplay makes it really easy to pick up for just about anyone. You won't sell your soul and sink in 1000 hours or anything, but, its worth an afternoon or two, I'm having fun with it and plan to see it through to the end.
An extremely charming, well-crafted, and fun little game with a good amount of puzzle challenges, neat characters, and an original story that borrows aspects from the original Tron film. It felt like I'd watched, but also participated in, a long movie. Pretty cool.
played the demo before the game came out and enjoyed it so much i picked up the game when it released! took me a few years to actually get around to playing it, but it was a really fun experience. plan to pick it up again in the future to 100% achievements.
