Fun game, active dev, and great to speedrun3 found this helpful
I'm going to start off the record from playing through this 3 separate times over the span of a week. You did a really good job with level design, as well as nailing the atmosphere and feeling of being isolated, so good job on that part. But i feel as a content creator who's played at least a hundred or more backrooms/liminal space games in the genre. I think where this game kind of annoyed me was how you're gatekeeping the most beautiful level in your game (Level 37) from people who are in love with (Level 37), like I am and the majority of my community are huge Poolrooms fans. By hiding one item behind a wall you have to no-clip through to even find the main item (a valve wheel) to even access it besides the (screwdriver, extra key, and having extra fuses) (thank you to the Backrooms: no way out discord member Jellie for the tidbit of info regarding this) I think that's when I was kind of turned off and I'm afraid that all this to access your "Secret level" is kind of silly in the grand scheme of things I don't want to say its to extend play time (I hope that's not the case) but I digress. The game is alright. Kinda buggy, the moths glitch in a spot and there's no jumpscares. You'll literally die instantly! The game has potential but its not there yet. The character happens to walk on it's own when I spawned and my screen freezes when i walk into a different area. Please improve it more and have jumpscares instead of signal lost blue screens. If that happens, I'll change my post review but to rate the game is 4.5/10.1 found this helpful
you often get stuck, juices wont disappear after grabbing it and so many more bugs. game is too buggy to be playable. wont be recommending this
Game's too buggy, stuck on fuse box level can't put fuses on a fuse box, teammates sometimes get stuck unable to move at the start of a level, Sudden FPS drop out of nowhere.
I'd rate this as meh if I could, it's understandable for an Early Access game so I hope it improves, and it's actually decent for a Backrooms game! Although one downside is that it yoinks a lot of things from Escape the Backrooms and it feels like it's a desperate attempt to be better than that game
