ABOUT BAROLD: INFERNO
- A Roguelike adventure.
As Barold, wake up in hell and face off against formidable foes like Slimes, Dragons, Cerberus, Balrogs, Hydras and more.
Progress through the circles of Inferno by upgrading your abilities, from passive auto shooters to intense sword fights - becoming a more formidable opponent with each circle.
But be cautious, as the demons and gods of hell will stop at nothing to entrap you in Inferno forever. Along the way, collect powerful elements that can combine into various items, each offering unique abilities, upgrades and attributes.
Meet a diverse cast of characters, each with their own stories.
GAMEPLAY
I Wake up in Inferno after your death in the mortal world.
II Find Elements and combine them into powerful weapons, abilities and summons.
III Explore the dungeons and find bosses.
IV Defeat the bosses and collect their Elements and Coins.
V Use the same Elements to upgrade your already existing abilities.
VI Try to get to the Ninth Circle of Inferno.
VII Use the Coins from the previous run to upgrade your next attempt!

"Barold: Inferno"is an action roguelike game with emphasis on crafting. As you can probably guess from the title, you are about to go through the circles of hell! It's hot! And you can make it even hotter by getting new abilities and weapons that you craft. Play the circles and try to survive as long as you can. Gather coins and elements from chests, enemies and unique bosses. Afterwards, upgrade or get a new skill/weapon and make your run easier and funnier! There are many skills and weapons to spice things up. Some work better than others but the fun is in exploring and experimenting! Initially, it's simple, so you can get used to each run and gather enough coins and matterials to start getting stronger. You can make and a run for it (the end of the level) but I wouldn't advise it as you'll miss helpful loot and you'll possibly be unprepared for a tight boss fight! As you circle the levels of hell, you'll meet interesting characters and enemies. You will like their stories and they make for a nice break of action to give you some room to breathe and gather your strength for what's next! I think Wesker's dialogue should be in every game from now on. Truly this game is ahead of it's time
[h1]Felky Fun Meter[/h1] [h1]|-----|-----| [5/10] Kinda fun![/h1] I found the crafting system confusing and overall the game a bit too grindy meta progression wise. Also not a big fan of the [b]epic le meme/streamer references[/b] through the game. [b]But this aside the gameplay was good and bosses were fun to fight :p[/b]
