What do you think you’re doing? Attempting a move without consulting with the BM™ first? Thinking you’re gonna rip a goblin’s head off with your bare hands? Roll the dice, kid. Would you look at that, turns out the goblin’s a buff lil fella, you better run for your life.
Your parents never asked you if you wanted to be born, but since you’re here, you can finally take part in important decision making! Your opinion may come in handy during oddly specific, scripted, fictional scenarios where you’ll be asked to resolve conflict. For instance, do you think the party should talk to a random massive tree or would you be better off committing arson?
This campaign might be short, but you can still form long-lasting relationships (with fictional AI-controlled players that do not exist outside your computer, which sounds weirdly similar to your partner). Side with Elana and cast protection spells together (this is your Sabrina moment) or take Galskap’s side and set the whole world ablaze (this is your Pyro moment).
Kaltrion™ is like that place you never went to for your annual family vacation- AKA Nashville (good for you, though, it’s literally in the top 10 worst places for family vacation, look it up). Wait, I mean it’s a great place to visit with a Bn’B™ party, just not with your parents, maybe it’s too NSFW for them, unless you got cool parents, which you don’t cause why are you considering playing Bn’B™, then? Explore the myriads of filthy swamps, the thousands of crystal clear lakes, the hundreds of picturesque hills and one cave.

Let me set some things straight first, kiddo. This party has been active in Basementeering™ since 2017. Since then we’ve played like, what, 3 campaigns? We were busy, alright? And, most importantly, the BM™’s job is very demanding. My campaigns are top-notch, the best, chef’s kiss! I would say they’re worth all their... erhm... whatever this costs in your local currency right now (for legal reasons we cannot disclose specific amounts). Maybe even more, but I consider myself rather humble and I don’t wanna get greedy, it’s your first time playing with the party.

A very short visual novel parody of D&D where you play as a new player joining a tabletop roleplaying game where you often act as a deciding vote for what to do in different scenarios. It looks good, the writing between character is entertaining enough but can have just bad references that add nothing to the experience, and there seem to be elements in place that could have made the game more interesting if it were longer but because it is only about 30 minutes long with no real meaningful choice based route change until going to the last area it is more like a demo of a game than a full release game. Each character has different stats and you make dice rolls every now and then but the results either don't really seem to matter from what I've seen or the game is so short that any alternate option has no meaningful influence, the results also don't matter at all in some areas as very low rolls might still succeed and very high rolls fail. Your choices can make the other three playable characters mood move towards friendly or rival but all this eventually leads to is whoever has the highest friend rating having a brief extra conversation with you when you make camp, there is no ot…1 found this helpful

Fun, quick game that's a great parody and love letter to TTRPGs. Very funny moments in it.
Bought this game to practice reading Greek. Didn't expect it to be so good! No other game feels so much like a D&D session as this one. It's really lighthearted, funny and engaging. Loving it so far.
Just beat it not too long ago. Good debut title and it scratches a DND itch that I didn't feel like devoting another 80-100 hours on Baldurs Gate 3 for again. The story concepts were interesting, I just wished there was more to digest, [spoiler]as it stands, it's all a big fetch quest for a character that doesn't really contribute much to anything. I'd love it if we had a follow up to the Gemstorm they keep bringing up, or the admittedly very gripping opening[/spoiler] I tried siding with Galskap on some of my options and sometimes that results in a roll of whether or not we actually do his idea or go along with the other half of the group. And lastly I don't think I quite get the whole Friend/Rival tracker. To my understanding it contributes to one scene and that's about it. That said, for their first product I enjoyed it as well as I could, just wish we had more. The price is fair though so I'm fine with it
