You Walk into A Tavern…
…and get to work! You are the owner of the Wayfarer’s Inn, a popular watering hole in the fantasy land of Asteria.
But you’re no ordinary barkeep. Be it a potion of seething fury or prancing swords, the drinks you serve can change your customer’s destiny forever. You can also turn the rumours you hear at work into intrepid quests for your patrons! Befriend a colourful cast of adventurers as they brag about their latest triumph – or commiserate an utter failure. Whether it’s relaxation or a fresh thrill, you’re on hand to give each patron what they need.
Beyond the walls of this cosy tavern, a world-threatening danger is brewing. Every quest, rumour and conversation is intertwined with the ultimate fate of the land.

Lovely story with a wide range of queer characters. True, it's mostly reading for 15 hours with the occasional drink-mixing, decision-making and quest creation in between. Some may find that boring. I, however, loved.2 found this helpful

A bit simplistic but the world building has been great and the art is amazing
Such a rich and fascinating world packed with its own lore and characters, you can't help but get immersed into the adventure! The colourful crew you engage with have their own distinct personality, and it keeps the story alive and flourishing through so many perspectives. Tavern Talks beams with the passion and dedication of all who helped craft it, I can't wait to see what more they have in store :)
I loved this game, more specifically, I loved the characters first and foremost. (Fable is a cinnabun who should be protected al all costs.) The way that you can impact their dynamics is great and it comes down neatly in the end. They're character development along the game is really heartwarming to see and the game really made worried for them. They're all great! About the choices, I'm not sure if only failed twice but those two specific ones really were a gut punch, I appreciate the fact that it had actual consequences instead of simply "well, you get a different achievement." I'd really love to see a sequel of this, specially if some of the most iconic characters were still around and we got to see how their relationships developed. It's a great cozy game and they don't even tend to be my cup of tea. Good job Gentle Trollers! Can't wait to see more of you.
Good story building, easy to pause and come back to at a later time. Actually felt invested in some characters (Hated others), but overall a good balance. LET ME ROMANCE THE WOLF LADY!!
