Bean To Me!

A very nice version of the Ancient game Mancala with a nice twist and good humor. The special beans really change the game and the music and artstyle fit very well together and add to a nice athmosphere. The not-a-beans seem a bit useless but at least some of them are funny. All in all a nice little game with a very classic feel and well worth the price. I recommend playing with a friend.

Really fun game! I love all the different beans (and non-beans) you can unlock and the chaos this creates. The beans interacting with each other led to some fun scenarios. Also I played on steam deck and it runs perfectly!

Worth it just for the music but the games chill too

I like this game, it's pretty cute and fun. Played the demo some months ago (thanks for that) and enjoyed it for the most part ever since. Enjoyed, for the most part, because of 2 reasons: (Maybe I suck at these games but) there seem to be no clear way to get that last achievement (Steal 100 points from the opponent). I tried a variety of beans, from all of them randomized to none of them to all the ones that don't affect me to all the one that affect the other player and everything in between and I can only steal up to 78 points (only happened once). In other words, I wish there were a more satisfiying way to create synergy in this game. And my other gripe with this game is that there seem to be a certain interaction between beans that makes the game crash. I still haven't found which one, but it doesn't matter the cpu opponent, I had crashes on every opponent.. I haven't read any other review or comment regarding that so take it with a grain of bean. So again, nice game but I wish it was a bit less random and crashed less as well.
