About Beat the Beat Up!
"Beat the Beat Up!" is a VR action/rhythm game, where you fight to the beat as the star of your very own Bollywood blockbuster! The script: a local don has sent out his goons to terrorize your village, and just like any good desi hero, only you can stop them. Prove that you’ve got what it takes to impress the critics. Rack up your score, clear the streets and save the village as you Beat the Beat Up!

"Beat the Beat Up!" is a rather poorly done amateur Unity kitbash. It's a VR tech demo that tries to marry Dance Dance Revolution mechanics with a first person brawler and a Bollywood theme. None of these concepts work well together, and of course whenever an amateur developer decides the best way to make an awesome game is to take an existing genre and try to turn it into Dance Dance Revolution, it fails badly. Like this did. Even though the game looks pretty bad (and decent visuals are a minimum requirement for any game), we can be fairly sure this is not an asset flip. This is because the game assets look so bad, no self respecting asset creator would publish them. That's a fail. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets of any level of quality usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. It's just one level. There's basically no beat to follow (because when you do, you get GOOD at best) and was often told I got the "wrong place" when I literally saw my hand go through the correct section. When trying the level again for a better score... I had to do the 'tutorial' again... Not worth the space on my disk.

Your only goal is hitting the correct body parts of enemies to earn points. No achievements, no long gameplay time... just a 5 minutes experience awaits you. + The game is also aware that it doesn't offer lots of things, and it tells you that initially. + Yet, it is still a fun experience or a party game to challenge your friends.
Simple games like this could be a lot worse but this one has a good feel to it. It's another fitness game too.
