The enemy mothership has been destroyed and is about to explode. Reinforcements are coming, but your battered ship's guns are overheated and almost useless. Thankfully, you also have bombs. Lots of bombs. Blast Rush LS is a fast-paced bullet hell shooter with an endless supply of screen-clearing weapons.
It's just you, your ship, and seemingly endless amounts of drones in ever more complex waves. But hey, you got all those bombs to use! Blast your way out and rush to victory!

At a glance, the structure is instantly recognizable. You pilot a small ship through waves of enemies, weaving through dense patterns of projectiles while firing back. But unlike traditional shooters where careful positioning and restraint are key, Blast Rush LS encourages a more assertive playstyle. Bombs are not just a backup plan—they are the main tool. I am, what some might call, a 'filthy casual' when it comes to vertical shmups, or bullet hell games, but I do really love trying to play them. Blast Rush LS is a nice update to the Classic Blast rush! I really enjoy the new modes (especially Flash Mode!) The updates to Standard mode are nice as well, I love being able to select how the bombs land for each different fighter. Blow it up!2 found this helpful

It's a fun game! Once you wrap your head around the conceit that it's not a traditional vertical shmup but a game of flag football with spaceships, it's a much better time.1 found this helpful
