UFO BLAST is a Action Rogue-Lite Space Shooter game. We tried to make non stop action rogue lite game combined with space theme.And we added some card mechanics.

You are under attack by UFOs in space. Blast incoming UFOs to earn XP and gold. Choose 3 weapon and feature cards that arrive at the end of the first wave. Improve your weapons and abilities with the gold you earn in waves. Move through the waves and try to reach the last wave.

These cards are weapon cards. At the beginning of the game, we add 3 weapons to our spaceship by choosing three of the 5 cards. These weapons can be a flamethrower or an axe-throwing weapon.

These cards are feature cards. At the beginning of the game, we add 3 passive features to our spaceship by choosing three of the 5 cards. These features can be automatic firing weapons or drones.

It pains me to say it, but I don't think I can recommend UFO Blast in its current state. I play a ton of low budget indie titles, especially those by first time solo devs, and I'm just not seeing any major hook here to keep me interested. Positives: I think the art style is good and particle effects are well done. Things to improve on: I think the "pick 3 from 5 face down cards" system is bad. There's no reason to pick any specific 3 if they're all face down and no difference from just picking the 3 on the left every time. Next I think the one-hit-kill arena boundary is also bad. There's just no good aspect of it at all IMO. The roulette money spinner seems out of place for the theme, and when I do have enough money to upgrade all my systems, it just pools up forever with no function. The "under $5 action roguelike bullet hell" space is also super crowded with mega titles like Vampire Survivors, Brotato, Geometry Arena, and even some great free ones like HoloCure and Disfigure. Yeah UFO Blast is cheap, but the problem is that it FEELS cheap, too.
