About Blood Bear
Blood Bear is a single player survival horror game. You wake up at your campsite, alone, within what seems to be a completely deserted State Park. You must get to the bottom of what occurred the night before. Navigate the map, interact, and avoid the park’s residents. Use and upgrade items from around the park in your search for answers.
- Immersive Experience: Put your survival skills to the test in a highly realistic environment. Maintain hunger and stamina levels with the help of food and drink items from around the park.
- Equipment: Collect a wide variety of items from around the forest to aid you. Use this equipment and even make upgrades, satiate hunger, replenish stamina, and fight off your enemies.
- Terrifying Atmosphere: Survival gameplay taken to the next level with frightening visuals, darkly lit environment, and eerie sound design.
- Unique Storyline: Interesting storytelling with many cutscenes, enhancing your gameplay and explaining the antagonists motivations.
- Character Interaction: Encounter the game's characters, good and bad, that can either help or hurt your chances of survival.
- Non-Linear Map: Explore an extremely detailed, hand crafted world, with each asset intentionally placed in over 20 unique locations. Have the advantage of total control over your exploration.
- Difficulty: Want a tougher challenge? Change the intensity of your survival experience based on your ability. Endless replayability options with the ability to customize the difficulty in many interesting ways.

Blood Bear is a great game, and worth the price of admission. Dark forest setting, creepy ambience, and music. It's meant to be played in one setting, so it can be short if you just run thru and complete the mission. Maybe an hour. If you want to explore all the locations and get all the goodies, it can be stretched out. It's worth it to look for all the game has to offer. Anyway I'm not going to write a diatribe, so pick this game up, and share some screen shots while you're at it.3 found this helpful
This game was short but a lot of fun! There needs to be more games featuring bears, it is such an unused theme. For $7this game is well worth the price and can't wait to see what else the developer comes up with!3 found this helpful

As someone learning game dev(one and a half years), I can safely say that for a first game, this is absolutely amazing! The graphics are good, gameplay is well polished and feels good, and SFX and music are well done. I do think it could use some more optimization. I also feel like it could be slightly cheaper. I personally would have priced this at 5 dollars. Other than that, I think this is a great first game. I give it a 7/10. I'm excited to see what else you make.1 found this helpful
I was disapointed when the game started but i guess it the dev first game so i cut him some slack. its like those indie horror games that you found on itch. need a bit of polishing and animation. other than that it was less than ok.
