About Manhunt
You're a death-row inmate brought back to life and hunted for sport in a decaying rust-belt city where wealthy elites watch your every move. Survive brutal encounters, uncover who's behind your resurrection, and fight back against your hunters in this visceral action game that pioneered realistic melee combat and environmental kill tactics.
America is full of run down, broken rust-belt towns where nobody cares and anything goes. In Carcer City, nothing matters anymore and all that's left are cheap thrills. The ultimate rush is the power to grant life and take it away, for sport. This time James Earl Cash, you are the sport. They gave you your life back. Now, they are going to hunt you down.
You awake to the sound of your own panicked breath. You must run, hide and fight to survive. If you can stay alive long enough, you may find out who did this to you.
This is a brutal blood sport.

reporter: please come to my apartment cash cash: i need to get the hell outta here
would've been a decent if it wasn't for rockstar breaking stuff, only takes 3-5 minutes before the game decides to crash of the spaghetti code and reputation it has, would've asked for a refund if i hadn't owned the game for 2 weeks, hope this won't happened for the other rockstar games i own

However, you can expect the typical Rockstar Games features of the early 2000's... Little to no balance, unexplained/too quickly explained controls, bad PC port and overall a game clearly not meant to be played on PC. Let's start with the good. I think the game's age does very well for the game in terms of aesthetics - the old graphics and uncanny characters make the game much darker and scarier, the sound design helps a lot aswell with the music changing depending on the status (hidden/spotted), when you're spotted a (somewhat) loud music plays - making getting spotted scarier due to the drastic sudden change in…
