Cute game made by kids, try it out, it's free and short.

Adorable game that I came across on the Steam recently, and I wanted to give it a try and finish it immediately. For the controls everyone talking about, I think nothing is wrong with the controls I definitely support my little fellow game designer or developer friends. Keep making games girls!

For a learning project, which is freely distributed, this is a nice cute and fast platformer. The major flaws are obvious for an experienced gamer, however, and although I suspect that a matter of time was the issue it could be that there was no external playtesting to indicate that some things are a little jank. The movement acceleration logic for instance (when jumping) suggests that there probably was a version with a slightly faster overall movement, and the way jumping into walls works suggests that at one point it may have had intentions of having wall-jumping as a core feature too. Not much can be said about the game other than it was okay, but relatively good for a team who had never made a game before. I like playing as a slime blob thing and it was cute with a simple basic plot. Has potential for a speedrunning kind of game with low mastery ceiling and fast completion time. Hope those who made this found a good future waiting for them.
