Bomb Squad is a cooperative communication game where every player holds a piece of the solution.Hosting a party? Hanging out with friends or family? Looking for a team-building experience that actually gets people working together?In Bomb Squad, 2–4 players must solve puzzles across 8 mini-games. The twist: each player sees only part of the information. Success depends on how well you communicate, listen, and make decisions under pressure.Play it calm and strategic… or watch it turn into fast-paced, hilarious confusion.It's up to you whether Frank fails or does a dance in the disposal room. The game uses the players' own smartphones as controllers and a PC-connected TV that drives the play.How it works:

Definitely something different. A bit of setup at the start, but smooth after that. Watching the instructions first definitely helps. If you’re playing for the first time: 1) You’ll need a friend 2-4 players. 2) Grab your cell phones and scan the QR code to download the controller app. 3) You can watch the instructions in the main menu or before every challenge (watch out for the red button on the phone — it skips them). The game definitely has a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a lot of fun. But first, let me take a selfie.6 found this helpful
I think this is a fun game if you are a fan of co op games. This one is especially amazing for in person interactions and is a great party game. I especially appreciated that the game tells the rules before each section. It is humorous and the best thing is that when communicating with friends, it can get really silly.2 found this helpful

Has some potential and I enjoy playing it but at the moment, it has limited appeal. The devs are somewhat active on Discord and do listen to feedback. There are some bugs which have broken the game but they have been patched, but I have still found a few more. Some people may like the structure, but I'd prefer some randomisation in the games as they currently play in the same order every time. Also, if you can't whistle, this might not be the game for you as you currently can't skip rounds or choose which order you do them in. You can change a few settings if you can't do it, but one of the games kind of relies on someone in your group being able to whistle. There needs to be some more mini games to give it some variety as you'll just keep playing the same ones over and over again. If you like these types of games, you'll enjoy it and get some fun out of it. However, once you've done it a few times, it may become a bit repetitive. At the time of review (April 2026), the app that is needed to play the game only works on Android devices, not iOS.1 found this helpful
Once we figured it out, Bomb Squad proved to be excellent fun for a group party. We worked together to solve puzzles and dismantle the bombs. Fun and kind of intense at times. Something very different in the gaming world. Give it a shot, especially if you like to entertain guests.1 found this helpful
