Bossfight Tactics

Very enjoyable strategic game. Make you think how to defeat the enemies with limited resources and moves. A lot of "I wish I can upgrade my inventory" moments so I can beef up and trade for stronger weapons. Maybe a mobile version soon to play anytime and anywhere 😉

nothing too crazy, but a fun little game to play after work

I don't normally like or vibe with roguelikes, but this one I finished and kept having a "one more go" mentality. Mechanics were guninely clever [spoiler]I still can't believe the trader can come back from the dead and start dealing in hearts[/spoiler], and I loved all the bizarre items I came across.

Solid tactical depth with a lot of emergent ways for all the items to combine in fun ways. A powerful Undo feature smooths over potential frustration from unclear item effects. Crunchy chiptune soundtrack.

Simple yet effective. I like the idea that your squad becomes the next boss. This mechanic is interesting and reminds me of the nemesis system from Shadows of Mordor but since that is locked away behind copyright or whatever we are likely to never see anything exactly like that again. The combat was a bit more complicated than I was anticipating but luckily for me the game provided an auto combat system making my job a lot easier. Although, it might have been my downfall in the end. A cute little roguelike with a surprising amount of complexity with items and strategy.

This is a unique twist. You start as a group who goes through all the steps to becoming the heroes only to turn into the villains and have to be defeated by a new group of contestants. Very fun and addicting, Highly recommend.
