About Brave and Desire
Brave and Desire is a party battle, rogue-lite RPG, where the structure and events change each time you start the game.
Advance through the dungeons by selecting a route and trying to reach the deepest depths.
・Formation
Choose five people from a variety of classes to form your party.
Unlock new classes and figure out your favorite combination while trying different things each and every time you play.
・Battle
Each class' actions change depending on whether they are placed in the front, middle, or rear, as well as their position relative to the enemy.
Fight flexibly by carefully choosing your movements and skills, such as enduring enemy attacks, aiming, or retreating to recover.
・Strategy
The level of danger and risk changes constantly depending on the route you choose as well as the path of your return.
Take calculated risks to strengthen your party and obtain and use items in preparation for the bosses that await you.
・Growth
The stat growth when leveling up is random and based on the growth rate of each class as well as changes that occur in each game.
Watch the growth of your characters and support them with growth-oriented items.

[u]Good:[/u] Pixel art [u]Bad:[/u] Everything else The design simply doesn't make sense. It's the barest start at developing a gameplay loop, and every step is filled with frustration. The game consists only of menus, but the UI feels oddly hostile. Despite having different actions for each of the three rows, each class really only has one ability that matters. All units share the meager SP, meaning you can't afford to use any but the most valuable skill (Heal All, because healing in other ways is painful). But wait--you can only cast Heal All from the back row, but the class doesn't have any other actual ability to use in the back row most of the time, and also the game doesn't tell you how much Heal All costs to cast. I wanted a run-based party battler, something closer to Ogre Battle mixed with Etrian Odyssey. This is just a pre-alpha with decent art.8 found this helpful
