About Breath
This is a VR game whose main content is to help guide players in meditative breathing. In the game, players can choose the duration or number of meditation breaths. I mean, its ok. Its very simplistic, which I suppose is the goal of meditation software, but I think I was expecting a little more from this one.
This is an awful cheap VR experience that should actually be free in my opinion. The graphics are very plain and extremely outdated with aliasing issues. There are also no graphic settings. You also cannot move around. There's not even an option to teleport. You also cannot select the environment because it is automatically set each time you start with no way to change this in a menu. I never encountered any beach scene during the time I spent playing. Overall, I cannot recommend this experience. A FAR superior VR meditation experience is Guided Meditation VR.
