Meditation is a way for us to learn about ourselves by discovering our inner world. As we better understand our inner world, the better we can respond to our outer world. I grew up with meditation and video games, and I'm exploring how video games can make it easier to learn and build a habit of meditation and mindfulness.
With nearly 15+ significant updates and 50+ patches, Playne has made a full journey from early access to full release thanks to its wonderful community's feedback and support.

Oh boy this game pisses me off. I don't want to read all the basics of meditation practice fox wants to tell me about. "Just breathe." "Be aware you are breathing..." Just know everything is meditation. Waste time in this game... you have to come back 3 more days to earn anything. You can't walk around. Stuck on a marshy wet lands that gaslights you to admit you know you are on an ocean that you can not witness. You might say that I should dedicate wasting my time by meditating to a bunch of pixels, but I am already a grand master meditator irl. I can't sit in front of a screen and accept it as irl, when I have so much real life in real life already. Sure. You guys should learn to meditate the way this game wants to teach you to meditate, especially if you need help learning. But I'm going to meditate how I meditate best, outside of this game. This game would be for someone on a big screen tv while they did yoga right in front of it. But I do not want to meditate on faked real world surroundings. Give me clouds. Give me multi-dimensional spacial-shifting planes. "No Man's Sky" is so much more amazing to meditate within! And I mean that!2 found this helpful

Fantastic meditation game, zero b***t and 100% useful practices that really help calming my mind. The visuals are really soothing - everything in Playne works for me, I would recommend it to anyone having problem with anxiety or feeling losing control of what's happening in their mind.1 found this helpful
Hey you! Yeah! You! Pay attention! This isn't as much of a game as it is a tutorial in how to take better care of your self, which means pretty much anyone can get something out of this. I can echo some sentiments here and say that it helps me to de-stress, but it also did something cool. It helped me clear my mind and realize what I really want in life. IT helped me find focus I once thought lost. I don't know if our developer overlord reads any of these, but I want to thank him for putting this out there, and I hope that he too has some modicum of peace. TL;DR version: Get this in your library and start down a positive path today. You will not be disappointed
