Title: Broken Lands: Tower Defense – A journey through different realms As an avid fan of tower defense games, I was eager to immerse myself in the world of Broken Lands and was intrigued by the prospect of varied maps and unique defenses inspired by fantasy cultures. As I played, I immersed myself in a realm, from desert to water worlds with islands that served as battlefields against countless enemies. Here's my take on the game: One of the standout features of Broken Lands is its diverse maps and environments. From the moment you start, you'll be transported to different locations in the game world, each with its own atmosphere and challenges. Whether you're defending yourself against hordes of enemies amid desolate deserts or holding your own on islands of an ancient civilization, the variety ensures gameplay stays fresh and engaging. Another highlight are the game's towers and defenses. Inspired by the rich spectrum of characters and cultures in the saga, players are presented with a range of options, from fire towers to ice towers. Each tower brings its own unique abilities and upgrades, adding a layer of strategy as you adapt your defenses to the challenges ahead. Howeve…19 found this helpful
Sorry, I didn't like it very much even though aesthetics are nice and clearly some effort has been put into it. Biggest problems are level balancing and pacing. Devs needs to do some dogfooding and play through their own game start to finish, because those are not subtle problems. Music and sounds are pretty bad (listen to the trailer above). Hover-to-pickup-resources mechanics are awful and the coin-rain is like closing popups on windows 95. Scaling-problems are bad. Even if you like TD's you probably should wait for 60%-90% discounts or until the game has been improved.8 found this helpful
