Buried

Absolute terrible game. They tell you to hold your breath and crouch and you do exactly that, yet every time the alien still kills you. Think this is more of a rage bait game than anything else, and most of all a waste of time. Do not bother.

"Buried" is a genuinely, but really badly made 2D side scrolling adventure game, thematically a ripoff of Alien: Isolation but the quality is so laughably bad that it's almost a violation of the Geneva Conventions. What do you do in the game? You have to crouch to hide and avoid the alien, but the developer screwed up and this doesn't actually work, resulting in a game that's nigh on uncompletable,not that anyone would want to try. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. The graphics aren't great, really laughably low quality assets, but that tells us at least one thing. This can't be an asset flip because the assets are so bad no self respecting asset creator would publish them. This game is called Buried and it needs to be buried in the reviews because it is garbage. Good luck avoiding the enemy.
