Welcome to Cakey's Twisted Bakery!
It's bake or die at Cakey's Bakery, where human children are the secret ingredient to strange monsters' delicious pastries. Find the recipe for survival to escape the bakery and it's sweet and scary staff! You're searching for your little brother, George, who has gone missing somewhere in the bakery. To rescue him, you must face the challenges of Cakey and his crumbly companions: Frostina and Candy Bane.
Gather ingredients to bake the perfect pie of destruction to use against the roaming bakery baddies. But be careful! This won't be a walk in the park. One wrong step and you'll find yourself as the next course in a monster meal. Hide and sneak your way through many dark rooms to unlock your way home.

I got this on sale, and I gotta say...it's a LOT more fun than I was ever expecting. So much so, that I honestly feel bad about only playing $1.29 CAD for this. I'd even go so far as to say it's worth the full 12.99 price, but barely. So the gist of it is you're a kid who is looking for your brother that was kidnapped by these killer anthropomorphic baked goods. To defeat them you need to craft pies to throw at them to damage them. The kicker is the ingredients are all around the place, and the weakness (which flavor of pie hurts them) changes every time they show up between four different types. It's frantic like this kind of game needs to be, but also easy to cheese (just wait in a hiding spot to throw a pie, rinse and repeat). They only real complaint I have is that you have no clue which pie they are weak to until you actually move the crosshairs over the monster. I imagine it's to discourage my above strat, but it was just more annoying than anything not knowing which pie to make or grab. Of course, this was mostly Frostina that I did this with, because she'd walk to where I was hiding EVERY time, stand there for a few seconds, then immediately run to an exit door and disapp…
This game was a bit of a disappointment, you don't even have to look at the recipes, you can just get 2-4 ingredients until you hear the noice of the creature apear and hide in the same spot every time until it disappears. It just becomes the same pattern over and over for every creature.
The Ingredients are placed very far apart. There is no way to keep track of the monster. How do you cake a pie without a start button? I am very confused.
If you fancy running around in a dimly lit cartoonish restaurant, partially blind because of super dark environments, looking for ingredients for things while being hunted by a monster that has a compelling Acid 303 bassline as it's indicator, then you're going to love this game! Me however? I didn't like this at all. Not my jam. Sorry.
this game is so boring this whole game is about you doing caked and other monsters r gonna come there is no adventure in this game u make like ALOT of cakes and thats it
