About Call Center Tycoon

Every action costs you time (a turn). You make the decision, do you hire more workers?

  • Each worker will have traits that can either complement or clash with others.
  • Employees will also form friendships that can lead to something more. Or maybe they'll just hate each other's guts?
  • Each interaction affects their stress levels. Higher the stress the less productive they are.

How about firing the underperforming employee?

  • People will react to firings too, sometimes it can be the catalyst to make a profit
  • But firing a beloved employee can have negative consequences

Or maybe tell your top performer to take a break before they have a breakdown?

Or try to poach a new customer from one of your competitors

The key is in balancing your actions to get the best out of your employees, fail here and everything will fall apart

You start with a couple employees, and before you know it, you’re running a legit "corporation." I say legit because there are plenty of opportunities to get on the wrong side of the law. My first playthrough I actually got shut down for money laundering! Sometimes everything falls apart, but that’s the thrill – it makes you want to do better. If you’re into management games, I recommend this one.

Game is unacceptably short and not worth replaying. It's cute for maybe 10-15 minutes and then turns into tedium. I've played free plays that are better in length and quality. Disappointing

Almost there, but not quite deep enough. I'd play Call Center Tycoon 2 if they include some basic 'sim-game' functions, more stats, priority call routing, etc.

Call Center Tycoon was a real discovery for me. It might sound boring – "managing a call center" – but it’s insanely engaging! You hire staff, monitor their motivation, handle customer requests, and try not to go broke. What I especially like is the constant balancing act – you can’t just fire everyone or cut costs on everything. Every decision impacts the success of your company, and that keeps you on your toes. It’s perfect for anyone looking for something out of the ordinary.

#Fun! Don't recommend buying in it's current state. I liked this little game. I have some suggestions for quality of life improvements: - be able to press "esc" to close the cycle popup, allowing spacebar/esc one handed day advancement - Add ability to upgrade empty offices before hiring employees - Retain office bonuses after firing employee, currently all company equipment is lost for some reason when dismissing them - After closing Competitor Info menu, would like to be able to go back to the Magnifying Glass menu underneath it (currently have to spend an extra click reopening after clicking the X, would be nice to just click outside the folder to 'dismiss' it as an overlay. One bug: - Getting to the "You haven't done a good job, you're fired" screen and clicking X actually closed the entire game. ### Overall, there are WAY too many events happening way too frequently. With some care and polish, this game could be really great. Devs: play through this game 5 times yourself and hit some of these pain points, I think these would be great updates.
