Call of Bitcoin is a low-budget indie 2D platformer developed and published by peevasseeq games, built around a playful and slightly satirical take on cryptocurrency culture. Rather than presenting a serious commentary on digital finance, the game uses Bitcoin as a thematic backdrop for a side-scrolling action adventure filled with enemies, traps, and collectible tokens. The premise imagines a chaotic world overtaken by cryptocurrency-themed threats, where the player must fight through levels, gather Bitcoins, and survive increasingly dangerous encounters. The concept is quirky and tongue-in-cheek, leaning into novelty rather than narrative depth. Gameplay follows traditional 2D platforming fundamentals. Just isn't finished. It's buggy and makes no sense. Some of the jumps are so hard that you have to be pixel perfect, within a moving window, while actively dodging attacks the entire time. No.

For 99 cents I guess I can't complain. Funny, I've said that about other bargain basement games. Anyway, this could be an okay platformer, but it's not even very good as a brainless time waster. Mechanics are cumbersome and baffling. One major flaw is that you do not move naturally with elevators or horizontally moving platforms. You have to walk with the platform or you will fall. The jumping and the punching are also really wonky. Bigger levels could also benefit from checkpoints, as its the controls that will likely fail you over your own skill at platform games.
