This game have the potential to be close to Balatro, but is really simple, i dont like how the honks honks dont have hers buttons, i guess is bc make that kind of part on blender or something like that is pretty hard. I like the 3D style and the animations but is that everything that the game have. I dont recommend it if you want an addictive or just a goon game, think this game more like a investment bc it could be better.1 found this helpful
Kept me engaged for a good few hours, mainly while working through the achievements. I really enjoy the charming aesthetic, which reminded me a bit of the Newgrounds era of games, and the animations and gallery customizations are neat if you just came to "Admire" the game assets more. I also like that you don’t start with a fixed deck, and the addition of more card suits than usual gives the system some nice variety and flexibility. That said, the game feels like it still has room to grow. As a new player, the strength versus weakness system isn’t immediately clear, and some face card effects can be hard to read. Runs also feel fairly simple at the moment, not much beyond choosing difficulty, but there’s a strong foundation there, I sense it. With more clarity, added events, and features like bosses or named characters, it could become something GREAT!1 found this helpful
gameplay is tedious and repetitive music is royalty free and cuts off when the .mp3 is over character design is basically concept art animations some of the worst i've ever seen not gonna sugar coat it oh and the ui is a mess, both aesthetically and functionally it's not even ready to demo and this guy has the nerve to release it and charge 5.99 for it, which is frankly insulting. just watch the trailer and you're practically getting the entire experience. there's potential but even if it were free i wouldn't recommend it
fun but pretty mehhh gooner game. 6.6/10
Game is pretty chill, had to update my graphic card drive, but everything goes smoothly after. Gameplay is quite good too, even though I still didn't understand all the mechanics like status effects.
wait a minute, this isnt balatro!
