About Cashtronauts
CASHTRONAUTS is an arcade space combat & trading game that takes place in an alternate universe where capitalist dinosaurs rule the galaxy. Fighting viciously to climb to the top of the economic food chain; how your make your millions is entirely up to you. Will you be a bounty hunter, a pirate, a smuggler or a miner?
As you progress, you unlock Risks: gameplay modifiers that are toggled on/off at your whim. Each one will introduce new elements and dangers to your next run, but also grants you a bonus to your income. If you rise to the challenge your profit margins will soar!
The stealthy Raptor pirates are always looking for their loot, especially if that loot is your burnt-out remains. And then, there's the soft-skinned mammalian threat looming on the horizon... but you'll burn that bridge when you reach it. Space is a dangerous place even at the best of times. Will you have what it takes to beat out the competition and dominate the market?

[h1] Destroy enemies, get some cash, proceed to the nearest space station for upgrades and fuel. Gameplay feels very shallow and repetitive so the only thing that might keep you playing for a while will be upgrades or seeing new enemies. Better recommendation might be Galak-Z. This game has got some bugs that stop it from being as fun as it could be for a little indie game. For example, selling the ore does not always work and requires finding just the right spot to activate the button. Little problems like that compile to make the experience feel cheap and incomplete. I think there is potential for a fun couch co-op roguelite here, but it still needs some work.6 found this helpful

I had forgotten Ithis was in my library for a while. It's a fun little passtime game. Though my one problem with it is that you can only buy fuel and ammo one unit by one unit. You start out with 50 capacity for each, but as you upgrade your ammo supply and fuelt ank both reach into the hundreds, and you have to option to buy stuff by 10/50/100 etc so if you want to fill up you just have to sit there for a hot minute pressing the interaction key. At least it works while holding said key so you don't have to spam it. And you have to doth that twice as ammo and fuela re bought separately. Aside from that it's pretty fun. ALmost everything you shoot wil ldrop money or items that can be sold, the goal is to acquire as much as possible. If you get enough money you unlock settings to tweak your games (though they kinda rtificially inflate the playtime, but a positive way to see it is it lets the player get used to everything the game has to offer gradually). Aside from those game tweakers, when you reach certain money thersholds, new stuff will happen on the map like a new enemy type. Overall it's pretty basic and might seem barebones, but honestly for the price it's worth it, especial…1 found this helpful
https://youtu.be/Ff8hL7P4X5Y Progression is tuned so slowly that it's very hard to see what potential this game may have when players do finally unlock modifiers.
