Castle Crumble is another Apple Arcade game ported to Steam by Orbital Knight. Recently, they have also ported Spire Blast and you can read my review about that HERE They're both very fun games if you enjoy arcade games and have been ported well to PC. Castle Crumble is an Angry Birds kind of game where you have to destroy a selection of castles with a finite amount of shots using different weapons at your disposal, which are highlighted in your panel. Targeting is quite accurate. Wherever you aim the weapon usually lands, but there are some rogue weapons like fuse bombs which will bounce and may go out of position. The game is quite tactical because certain castles are made out of different materials and have different weaknesses in their structure, so careful selection of your weapons and placement is required. Surprisingly fun and oddly relaxing! Watching structures collapse never gets old, and the physics engine is just so satisfying. The visuals are minimal but charming, and the destruction feels impactful without being over the top. I found myself constantly saying "okay, just one more level". Didn't run into any bugs so far. Performance was smooth on my macbook too. If you enjoy physics-based puzzles and creative destruction, this one's an easy recommendation.

I really enjoyed it! Watching castles fall apart is incredibly satisfying :) I keep coming back to this game to see what other tools of destruction are waiting to be unlocked. I didn’t encounter any major issues. Everything ran smoothly the whole time. If you like creative destruction with charming, polished visuals, it is definitely worth a try!
