CATMORPHOSIS

The premise is interesting and that's my only positive for this game. The negatives I have to point out include: 1) Weak Storytelling: While I mentioned the premise is interesting, what's given is every predictable, generic trope and cliche from every B-horror and mostly harem romcoms you can think of. It's too simplistic in its content that it should be 3 hours at most NOT 10 hours for the whole story. If you have even the smallest knowledge of the genres I mentioned you'll quickly predict where the story is going and the game is waaaay too slow to get their. The ending and payoff is a waste of your patience and an insult to your intelligence. 2) Poor writing: The game lacked the ability to create buildup, suspension, foreshadowing or delivering relevant information. Not to mention there were cases of inconsistencies, contradictions and sometimes even ignoring what information the story established. 3) Character choices don't matter: Most of the choices are inconsequential, there are no branching routes and there's only one story with no variations. Choices only affect whether or not you want to see more +18 scenes and that there's only ONE bad ending after 7 hours of your ch…

Bought it for the fap left with a story it had me on the edge of my seat in moments only complaint would have liked to see more endings the few it had all felt like the same thing or not really like your choice matters as no matter what you choose on some options same outcome but other than that loved the story looking forward to more from the devs

8/10 Loved this, with a story that is like an "acid induced trainwreck", I couldn't take my eyes off of it until it was over. What I liked: -The writing was very deep and disturbing, being based in amoral experimentation. It was also much longer than expected for games with these kinds of Tags. I was constantly feeling like I was heading for a bad end, only for the story to keep getting more intense. -The artwork was fantastic and fresh, with a lot of attention to anatomical correctness for the gory images and the cat-to-human transformation was designed to make you feel VERY unsettled. As for the coloring, it added a lot to the emotional intensity of the situations. -Dialog definitely is not lacking. Lots of moments filled with extreme emotion that are conveyed well with the character's lines. Most notably are the times of everyone in the room screaming at each other, with feelings of jealousy and exhaustion, fueling their anger. -I was constantly wanting to know what happens next and found myself playing this game non-stop until I finished it. (Got lucky and got a Good End on first playthrough. I know there are multiple ending, no idea on how many good or bad.) -Very funny refer…

I like it. Its surprisingly not bad but I feel like some aspects of the story fall a little short for me. Still a thumbs up.

this game is simply incredible. <3 please please give it a try, it is worth your time and money. some of the scenes were so, so captivating and definitely got the blood pumping. its so disturbing in the best way possible at many times and i really loved how the story developed. i am really looking forward to the next chapter, genuinely.
