Celeste

tl;dr - lifechanging experience of a game. 10/10 i was gifted celeste back in june of 2024. i had played it for a very short time, then gave up because it was too hard. i tried it a few other times, but ended up stuck at some point that i didnt want to bother figuring out or something. but today, on my 18th birthday, i finally came back, and beat the rest in one sitting. i ended up nearly crying at the dialogue after the
mirror temple
because of how unbelievably similar it was to how ive been feeling with so many things, both good and bad (but mostly bad) had been happening over these past 2 years. at that point i knew that i HAD to finish this. and im glad i did. the scene where
madeline tries to push away that part of her, and the fight she has with her before they climb up hit me like bricks. and the dialogue before the final push up the mountain
genuinely had me in some painful tears. such a meaningful, and honestly fun game. im so glad i got to experience this blind.

I really wish I was better at 2D Platformers.

Celeste is the Elden Ring of Platformers. 10/10 would NOT recommend for the faint of heart.

this game is pretty good

I am apart of the stereotype around this game... 10/10 game buy it
