TL:DR. This game feels like work to me. Your options are either read a guide, or have a spreadsheet/notepad open to keep track of all the traps while you reload a save. If that appeals to you, go right on ahead. I recommend only so you can make the decision for yourself. I played the demo, thought it had potential. Wishlisted it, bought it on release. There is some fun to be had in moving sliders around, seeing the numbers and grades go up and down, trying to get a balance you like. But you can do that in the demo, you don't need to buy the full game for that. What you would want the full game for, is the rest of the story. More events. And while the story is fine from what I've managed to experience, the events range from mildly annoying to absolutely frustrating. The events present an array of choices, with a text box that gives some indication of whats going to happen. Some of these choices however, are just instant-lose buttons. I don't mean that figuratively in the sense that you take that choice and enter a death-spiral you probably won't be able to escape. I mean the game just ends, you lose. And there are also the figurative death spirals you can get trapped in. In so…

After I recognized the system of Democracy series I realized that in Democracy it's simply more fun and setting is more pleasant. Conversly, if you liked Democracy you might like this one, why not. It's just not for me.

It's fine, the controls are completely unclear to begin with, and not everything is obvious to me from the tutorial either. But after playing a little longer, the principle of how initiatives and influence work became clear, and it is also important to monitor managers and change them on time.
